Carrier and Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) priority mail with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. This includes orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO. Shipping Rates for US Shipping cost is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information and is based on the Total Sum of the order. Simply add items to your cart. The cost of shipping the items in the shopping cart will be added to the total. Shipping costs are calculated as follows: Total Sum of Order Shipping Cost - $00.01 to $149.99 - $18.00 - $150.00 to $299.99 - $24.00 - $300,00 to $399,99 - $30,00 - $400,00 and up - $36.00 Order Processing Orders placed on Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST, if in stock, will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 2:00 PM or on a weekend will be shipped on the next business day. We will notify you of any complications with your credit card. Items on Back Order If you place an order containing both in-stock items and items that have later availability, the order will be immediately processed and the in-stock items will be shipped. Your account will be billed for these items, as well as for any applicable shipping charges. The remaining items will be shipped separately when they are available, using our standard shipping method. Your account will be billed for these items when they are shipped. Occasionally an item's status will change after you place your order but before it is processed. In this case, the item will be sent as soon as possible. If some of the items in your order have been shipped already, your account will have been billed for those items and the associated shipping costs. Cancellation Fee If you, the customer, place an order using a credit card, and the credit card is processed and the next day want to cancel that order, there will be a 12% cancellation fee assessed to you. This cancellation fee reflects the 12% reversal fee imposed upon us (the Merchant) by the credit card companies. The 12% cancellation fee will be deducted from you refund. Returns If you are not totally satisfied with any product, just return it unopened for a refund. Items being returned must be in resellable condition. We do not refund shipping fees. We will issue a refund minus shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee if the items are not in resellable condition. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, or for products returned after 30 days. A copy of the invoice must be included with a return as well. This is an unconditional, no-questions-asked policy. Please allow 5 to 10 days for refunds. When returning items, please use UPS tracking or insured U.S. Mail to ensure proper delivery of your return. Exchanges Any item may be exchanged for any other item of the same value within 30 days if the items are not opened. Your exchange will be processed by crediting your account for the products you are returning and processing a new payment for the new products. Order Refusal If you refuse delivery of an order that we have shipped, you will be charged a 15% restock fee. We do not refund shipping fees.
